Steps to citizenship
- Choosing the property: we suggest eligible properties and arrange a visit in person or by video call.
- Valuation and transfer: the valuation report, the money transfer and the currency conversion certificate.
- Title deed: ownership transferred to you, with the 3-year no-sale annotation.
- Certificate of conformity: issued by the land registry, confirming the investment meets the citizenship rules.
- Residence and citizenship file: a residence permit, then the citizenship application for you and your family.
- Decision and passport: after the decision you receive Turkish ID cards and apply for passports.
How long does it take?
It depends on how complete the documents are and the number of family members; from filing to decision it usually takes several months. We follow the file and update you at each stage.
Documents usually required
- Passports of all family members, with sworn translations.
- Birth certificates and marriage certificate, translated and certified.
- Recent passport photos.
- Property documents: title deed, valuation report, currency conversion certificate and certificate of conformity.
The final list is set by the authorities for each case; we send you the complete list before you start.
